Security Policy

Fast Accounting Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) provides AI-powered accounting support services and works to be a sustainable enterprise worthy of the trust of society as a whole, including our customers.

We recognize that securely protecting information assets is a critically important part of our business.

Based on this principle, we have established this Information Security Policy (“this Policy”) as a company-wide guideline. The Company’s officers and employees (“personnel”) carry out their work in accordance with this Policy, with information security as a core priority.

1. Protection of information assets

The Company appropriately protects both the information assets entrusted to us by customers and the information assets that make up our own operational resources, guarding their confidentiality, integrity, and availability against threats such as loss, theft, falsification, unauthorized use, and leakage.

2. Establishment of an Information Security Management System (ISMS)

The Company establishes, implements, operates, monitors, reviews, maintains, and continually improves an ISMS.

3. Compliance with laws, regulations, and contracts

The Company complies with the laws, regulations, guidelines, and contractual requirements that apply to the protection of information assets.

4. Information security training

The Company provides information security education and training to its personnel.

5. Obligations of personnel

The Company’s personnel reliably comply with this Policy and with the rules and procedures of the established ISMS.

SOC 2 Type II Report

Fast Accounting Co., Ltd. has obtained a SOC 2 Type II assurance report based on the Trust Services Criteria established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). The report reflects an independent third-party auditor’s evaluation of the design and operating effectiveness, over a defined period, of the internal controls governing our accounting AI services.

ISO/IEC 27001 & ISO/IEC 27017 Certification

Fast Accounting Co., Ltd. is certified to ISO/IEC 27001, the international standard for information security management systems (ISMS). In addition, our AI Accounting / Robota service, AI Accounting / Remota service, and Peppol Access Point service are certified to ISO/IEC 27017, the ISMS cloud-security standard.
